Are any of your beers gluten free?

Unfortunately, none of our beers are currently certified as gluten free. However, our pilsners ands golden ales are technically gluten free due to the filtering process but they are not currently certified as such and cannot therefore be guaranteed to be free from gluten. This is something we will be securing in during 2022.

Are your beers suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

All our bottled beers are suitable for vegetarians. These beers are very finely filtered. However, our fresh cask ales are fined using a non-vegetarian fining. These are therefore not suitable for vegetarians.

How can I get free delivery? There doesn’t seem to be an option to select this.

We offer free delivery within mainland UK on all orders over £100. Free delivery will be automatically applied at checkout. Please note that free delivery is not always available on exceptional sale items due to the nature of the discount. This will be advised on the product page.

How do I use my discount code/coupon?

If you have a discount coupon (or voucher code) this can be entered on the checkout page. You may need to scroll down the page to see the relevant box.

My discount code doesn’t work.

All discount codes that we offer are valid for a one-time purchase for each customer. If this is the first time that you are using your code, please check that you have entered the code exactly as it appears in the email that was sent to you.

I have placed my order, but I forgot to use my discount code. Can I get a refund for the difference?

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the discount that you would have gained. However, each code is valid until it us used or until it expires. You will be able to use the code on your next purchase.

Can you take my order over the phone?

If you would prefer to pay over the phone a member of our team will be pleased to process your order for you using the online shop as if they were you. Simply provide them with the information required (including your credit card details) and they will place your order for you. Please note that while we are working remotely it may take some time to connect you with a member of the team. It is often quicker to place your order using our online store.

Can I place an order as a gift?

Yes. Simply enter the delivery address of the person to whom you would like to send some Crafty beer as a gift. You should then enter your own billing address so that you can make your payment.

Can I have a different delivery address to a billing address?

Yes. You may order our beer for anyone over the age of 18 years. Please ensure that your gift is not intended for anyone who may not legally be permitted to consume alcohol. This is a legal requirement.

Are you able to let the recipient know this is a gift from me? Can you include a gift notification?

Yes. Simply indicate that your purchase is intended as a gift and include any message that you would like to include in the Gift Message Box section of your order. We will create a gift insert for you and enclose this in the box.

I placed my order on (XXXX DATE) but my delivery has not arrived. Can you let me know when it will arrive?

All orders placed before 2.00 pm requiring collection and delivery by our courier will can take between 3 – 5 days arrive. If your order has taken longer that this to arrive please first contact the courier (using the contact details and tracking number in the email you that was sent to you) or contact us on 01483 323 808. We will be happy to investigate on your behalf.

I have received an email from the courier saying my order will arrive yesterday/today, but it still has not arrived? Can you help me?

I have only received part of my order. There seems to be a box(es) missing.

If only part of your order has arrived, it is likely that one of two things has happened. Either 1. The parcels in your order have become separated in transit and the remaining parcel will arrive shortly or 2. The outstanding parcel has been damaged and has been set aside in a DHL depot awaiting further instructions. Please contact us with your order number and we will investigate further. I ordered XXX but I have received something different.

We make every effort to ensure that every one of our customers receives exactly what they have ordered. In some exceptional circumstances we will substitute a beer of the same quality, style and ABV to an equal or greater value. However, if you have ordered a specific beer and we have mistakenly provided you with another that you are unhappy with, we will be pleased to send you a replacement ASAP. There is a bottle(s) missing in the box.

This should never happen of course but we all make mistakes! Whoops! Rest assured we will credit you with the equivalent value of the bottle(s) that is/are missing. Please send us an email quoting your order number and we will put things right.
